Terms and conditions of use.

Thanks for using Journalmind's website and services, collectively referred to as our "Services". These terms and conditions of use shall govern your use of our Services.

By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use and accept them in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions of use, you must not use our Services. Journalmind reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason.

You are responsible for any content you may add to our Services, and for your conduct when using our Services. You must comply with the following requirements when using our Services:

(a) You may not misuse our Services by interfering with their normal operation, or by attempting to access them using a method other than through the interfaces and instructions we provide.

(b) You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent and limitations imposed on your account (such as any file storage limit).

Certain features of the service allow you to upload and contribute content to the service which may be compromised of text, images, audio, video, and other types of works. You retain all copyright and other proprietary rights that you may hold in the content that you upload or contribute to the service.

You must not upload or contribute:

(a) Content which is not orginally created by you, or to which you do not hold the copyright or other proprietary rights, unless properly licenced to you by someone else for uploading or contributing.

(b) Content which is illegal or prohibited.

We offer a single monthly subscription plan to our Services. A 14 day trial period is granted for every new account, and the subscription will automatically expire unless it has been converted to a paid subscription before the end of the 14 day trial period.

At the end of each monthly subscription billing cycle, the subscription will automatically renew and remain active unless the subscription has already been cancelled in the user account billing settings.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the user account billing settings, and will become inactive at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds can not be offered for subscriptions cancelled during a billing cycle - instead the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which time the subscription will become inactive.

In the event of a failed payment we will reattempt to make the charge for a maximum period of 9 days, during which the associated subscription will remain active. If the payment can still not successfully be made, the associated subscription will be cancelled and become inactive.

Inactive subscriptions can be reactivated at any time through the user account billing settings.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. The intention to make any such changes will be communicated in advance.

We may change these terms and conditions of use from time to time, and the most current version will always be posted on the Journalmind website. Material changes will be communicated via email, but please check back on this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any other changes. By continuing to use our Services you indicate your agreement to be bound by the updated terms.
